Manifestation crystals fall into the category of crystals within crystals. Unlike a Bridge or Inner Child, a Manifestation point doesn’t protrude from the main crystal, it is completely enclosed within it. Descriptively they are small points that have formed within a larger point and they are quite rare. 
Manifestation points are sometimes difficult to determine from a photograph. When you have the crystal in hand, you can see that there is a point within the point, but you also must not be able to feel any of that point on the outside of the crystal. If you do, it is an Inner Child, not a Manifestation. I have encountered some websites using the terms “Manifestation points” and “Inner Child points” interchangeably. However, in my understanding, the difference is that the energy of an Inner Child point is similar to a Bridge (bridging or connecting one thing to another). If the Inner Child were completely enclosed, how would one have the feeling of reaching or bridging to the Inner Child? But again, I reiterate that the names are very often used slightly differently, and neither is right, neither is wrong, just pointing out that you may see this sometimes.
Here’s a picture of a crystal I had for adoption which had a Bridge, an Inner Child and a Manifestation point right near each other. The inner Child protrudes just a bit outside the point, I drew a little line to indicate where it emerges. The Manifestation point is totally enclosed.
Manifestation points have a special energy to them that is difficult to describe. It is almost like a pregnancy, or a feeling of expectation inside. There is fullness in the energy a Manifestation point exudes.
If you’re wondering what that heart is, when I have a crystal with a special feature which might be difficult to find, I use a tiny heart sticker and point to the feature for the person who adopts it. Once they have found it, they can remove the sticker.
Manifestation points come in all sizes. Here is a really huge one followed by a really tiny one:
The Manifestation point refers to both the point within the main crystal as well as the main crystal itself. For example “This Manifestation crystal has a Manifestation point inside it (which is what makes it a Manifestation crystal).” I can usually feel a Manifestation point by its special energy before I actually see it within the main crystal. Usually I will feel the special energy when I pick up the crystal to read, and that is how I know to look for the Manifestation point inside.
Manifestation points are powerful manifestors, which should come as no surprise. They may assist in the manifesting of many things, but for the best results, it is wise to focus on a single desire at a time. Use your knowledge of programming and if you need a refresher, here are the blog posts to reference: 1. Choosing and Clearing, 2. Cleansing and Charging, 3. Programming. You will need to cleanse and clear a Manifestation point each time you work with a new program. For example, you may program it to help you manifest the money to take a special trip or buy a special item. Once that goal has manifested, then cleanse and clear your Manifestation crystal and always remember to thank it as well. Knowing it has worked hard with you and for you, you might also want to charge it in the moonlight; New Moon if your manifestation programming works with the energy of growth (eg: to attain wealth), Full moon if your manifestation programming works with the energy of diminishing (eg: to lose weight). Once you are cleansed, cleared and charged, finally you may program it with a different desire and repeat!
